The Split Cross Reversal is a more nuanced and extended version of the Late Nate signal, but with a distinct twist: it involves two separate white FlowMaster™ crosses that appear farther apart than a typical DCDM or DCR signal.
This pattern often reflects a deeper level of retail trader involvement, where the market pulls in even more participants who are chasing the move. When this happens, it's a strong sign that a short-term reversal may be setting up, especially if it aligns with other AlgoBox™ entry strategies.
The key here is patience—recognize the setup, wait for the market to finish pulling in retail traders, and then look for a confirmed AlgoBox™ signal in the opposite direction. Because these two white crosses are spaced out, the retail momentum tends to last a bit longer, which also means the reversal move may have more force behind it once it kicks in.
It’s important to note that the Split Cross Reversal is not an entry signal on its own—it’s an observational clue, and should be used in confluence with other trading criteria.
While it can be incredibly useful, the SCR should always be used in confluence with validated AlgoBox™ entry criteria, such as Headshots, DCDMs, or Enigmas, at the edge of a zone or at the end of an extended price swing. Over-relying on the visual alone without confirmation may lead to premature entries or mistimed exits.
