Stalking Trades

Waiting For The Right Moment

"The goal is to stalk the trade, rather than react to it." -Vinny E. Mini

Once you've determined the market direction using the Order of Operations, the next step is to 'stalk' the market for a favorable trading opportunity. Some examples of "stalking a trade" setup may be:

・Waiting for a Double Delta as a signal to be ready for the next opportunity; ・Watching a P-PRZ harmonic box turn into a Potential Reversal Zone; ・Waiting for a Shark Back Harmonic setup; ・Waiting for the next set of SMLK timing lines; ・Waiting for price to approach HTF lines: Masher deviation lines, Delta or FlowMaster™ Cross levels.

Double Delta Flag

Double Delta Flag: Watch for the Ready DD and "Ready-Up" for the next opportunity because the big players are active.

It's important to always manage risk by using proper position sizing and a defined stop loss by using NinjaTrader's ATM strategies that automatically place stops and targets upon entry.

Examples of Stalking Trades

WATCH: Stalking a buy trade as a 19.4 blue Alpha appears with a Diamond PRZ and a large Delta Flag, making this a Power PRZ Cross. Waiting for price to retest the Alpha horizontal support to enter the trade at King Timing. A Double Dot setup appears for another buy trade. This clip has been sped up 600x for brevity.
