Installing AlgoBox™

Follow these steps to set up your AlgoBox™ Algorithmic Trading Suite:

** NOTE: NinjaTrader MUST be installed PRIOR to installing AlgoBox™

Installing AlgoBox™ requires having the latest version of the software download on to your computer. The steps below will highlight how to obtain the software and how to install it:

  1. Obtaining Latest Version of AlgoBox™

If you have not already, you can access the latest version of AlgoBox™ software as a 14-day Free Trial. This will give you 14-Days of Full Access to the software. Click here to download your 14-day Free Trial.

  1. For AlgoBox™ Members

For members that have purchased the AlgoBox™ software, you can access that latest download location via our Discord link. Click here to enter our Discord server.

  1. Using the AlgoBox™ Installer

Once you have downloaded the AlgoBox™ Installer, please follow the steps below to install the software on to your computer:

-Locate the Windows folder for your browser downloads;

-Locate the updated AlgoBox™ installer file that was downloaded on to your computer;

-Unzip the AlgoBox™ Installer using software such as WinZip or 7zip;

-Run the AlgoBox™ Installer file:

  • Open the installation program;

  • This windows is the beginning of the AlgoBox™ installation program:

  • Continue to click NEXT until you get to the following screen:

This screen will allow you to select various options in regards to AlgoBox™ software features such as Enigma and the automated bot pack.

** NOTE: AlgoBox™ Trial members have all functionalities fully unlocked.

Select the functionality level that you have access to and click NEXT.

** NOTE: Please make sure to read the Terms of Service before proceeding further! **

Continue clicking NEXT until you have finished installing the AlgoBox™ software. Once installed you should see the following screen:

  • AlgoBox™ Algorithmic Trading Suite has now been successfully installed.

Open NinjaTrader8

Click on Workspaces & open an AlgoBox™ workspace:

If you already have AlgoBox™ installed & are about to install a new release, make sure you uninstall the current version prior to installing a new release.

Creating Your Own Custom Workspaces In NinjaTrader

You can customize your NinjaTrader Workspaces, chart templates and indicators as you wish, however, we recommend always starting with a default AlgoBox™ Workspaces, templates and indicator settings. Save your workspaces and templates under a different file name so that you always maintain default files for future use without having to re-install AlgoBox™.
